By having the same therapist handle your treatment, we can track how your symptoms have improved since your last visit. You don't need to explain everything from the beginning each time, so please rest assured. *Please note that due to staff shortages or scheduling conflicts, another therapist may be assigned to your treatment. In such cases, we will always inform you in advance.
Yua Osteopathic Clinic does not perform routine treatments. Depending on the symptoms, we will not use electrical therapy if it is not necessary. If the same treatment is performed repeatedly without improvement, further improvement cannot be expected. If we are providing treatment that is appropriate for each individual, symptoms will change each time, and we will adjust the treatment accordingly. *In cases of severe symptoms, we may have a staff member who is confident in treating that condition take over. In such cases, we will always inform you in advance.

Therefore, we conduct an interview before each treatment session. If, based on the evaluation, a detailed examination at a medical institution is deemed necessary, we may provide a referral letter without forcing treatment. *We often hear of cases where patients have visited various medical institutions after a detailed examination, but their condition did not improve. In such cases, we can provide treatment after explaining the limitations of manual therapy.
